Time Management Module

Schedule current and future work orders and view workloads graphically

WebTMA's Time Management module provides you with the ability to schedule current and future work orders by technician or technicians. Graphically view workloads as a list view, on a calendar, or as a Gantt chart. Have the ability to manage and easily change direct and indirect labor time (sick time, training time, etc.) based on priorities, work type, start time or end time. Other features include:

• Time & Attendance – View an individual technician's time record by time type; start and end date; and work time (direct, indirect, or both). Add charges to a work order from page.
• Review Assignments – Change assignments when technicians call in sick, take vacation time, or are called to different tasks because of changes in priority. Shift the assignments by a specific number of days, move to a specific day, reassign to another technician, or remove the assignment.
• Batch Attendance – Post indirect labor time for several technicians at one time. Examples of indirect labor include training, vacation, sick leave, or other types of time you specify in the lookup function.
